Our client’s brief was for a simplistic open-plan house connected seamlessly to an outdoor alfresco overlooking the ocean. A home that will accommodate our clients in all stages of life, even including a lift.
Passive-solar elements have been considered with the building including solar panels and inbuilt electric vehicle charging points.
The Fitzpatrick house is soon to begin construction, and we look forward to continuing our client relationship on this project as we oversee the construction inhouse at Benson Design.
