garrison restaurant renovation

We are excited to help the owners of Garrison prepare a design proposal to renovate and add to their existing restaurant, allowing for an independent cafe to cater for the much-needed 'coffee and cake' that visitors to the Anzac Centre have been requesting for some time. 

We propose to create two distinctly separate businesses under one roof that will share staff and amenities, providing dining options for patrons and a viable business solution for the owners. 

To do this, we have created additional space to the south of the existing building, which is essentially a glass box to maximise the amazing views of the harbour. 

The new Quarter Master's Cafe can then reside in the existing heritage building with a revised fit-out embracing its past.
